The guide is made to be held in a vise and it has hardened-steel cutting slots and a secure clamp for the part you're cutting so that you make a perfect cut every time. The guide is compatible with round tubes from 1 to 1-3/4 inches in diameter and airfoil shaped parts up to 3.5 inches long. There are slots for standard and carbon-specific saw blades.

Park Tool's CTP-4K includes four replacement chain tool pins and one 5/32" ball bearing. To replace the chain tool pin, unscrew the cap, and pull out the old pin.
